Order Tracking

- Umi Sneakers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged Items
- Umi Sneakers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Address Changes
- If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Umi Sneakers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
