Returns Policy

At Umi Sneakers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. Please review our returns policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Footwear must be returned in the original box, which must be in the original condition.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Return an Item

  1. Request a Return Authorisation:

    • Contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare Your Return:

    • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
    • Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship Your Return:

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
    • Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
